Refunds/Exchanges 

 Arte Boutique has a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required upon your return. If you need an exchange/return, please send us an email at arteboutique07@gmail.com and we will provide you with a return address. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at arteboutique07@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
