How much is it and how long does it take?                                                    Our Deliveries are all done through USPS Nationwide. Prices can run anywhere from $8.00 (USD) & up. We offer Standard & Priority Delivery which can take anywhere from 1-5 buisness days. 

Has my order been sent yet ?                                                                       

 Orders normally ship out the following business day after your purchase. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email along with the tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive an email within 24 hrs after your purchase has been made please contact us asap @ arteboutiuqe07@gmail.com.

Can I track my order ?                                                                                       

 Yes. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email from ARTE' BOUTIQUE confirming your shipment along with a tracking number. 

What if My Order is Lost/Stolen?                                                                 

 Arte' Boutique is not held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges                                                        

Arte Boutique has a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required upon your return. If you need to exchange it please send us an email at arteboutique07@gmail.com and we will provide you with a return address. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs. 

Which methods of payments can I use?                                                       

 We Take any Type of Debit/Credit card Payments, Paypal, Klarna (over time payments) or if you'd prefer doing your payment Manually we also accept CASH APP & ZELLE. 

Can you give me more information about the Huaraches?                             Our Huaraches are 100% Artesanal (Handmade) which makes them unique in style. The color may vary a little from how it looks on the screen and can also differ a little from model to model. All of our huaraches are made of leather and only come in whole sizes. They are true to size.
